We have 9 hectares of rural land for sale or rent in Central Portugal near Penamacor. One part of 5 hectares is open countryside with a small lake in the middle and around 70 mature olive trees. The other part of 4 hectares consists of two-thirds wild forest with cork oaks and olive trees and one-third farmland.

The are no buildings on the land but you can build two 40m2 permanent buildings without a permit and you can also build a yurt on the land. There are solar panels for electricity. There is no water connection or borehole so you can use rain water collection and the small lake on the land for water supply.

The area is an oasis of tranquillity in one of the last quiet areas in Europe with a view on the Estrelas Mountains. From Florago, you can go on beautiful walking and mountain biking trips in an undiscovered area. After your walk, you can take a dip in the lake on the land or in the stream a little further away.

The plots of land are for sale but we are open to the option to rent out a plot.
