It is so nice that the first year we can already eat so much olives from the land. After picking them it was a process of weeks, but all the olives are in the recycled jars. Besides from the ones we have already eaten of course ;-). So beautiful to taste how the olives change during all the steps. From bitter to a salty flavour. We already made the best tapenade ever with them! And the other olives were treated just plain, with garlic or rosemary. As a try out to know what everyone prefers. We already designed pvs-free stickers in case they go viral :-).
